Enterprise Europe Network
The European Commission set up in 2008 the Enterprise Europe Network (EEN).
It is the world's largest support network for small and medium sized businesses (SMEs). It has 3,000 experts across 600 member organisations in more than 60 countries. Member organisations include chambers of commerce and industry, technology centres, and research institutes.
The network offers small and medium-sized businesses (SME) information and advice on policy and business opportunities in EU countries, as well as assistance in technology transfer processes, access to European programs for finance, and for research and development and innovation (R&D&i).
Our goal is to help European SMEs to innovate and grow internationally.
The node of the EEN in Catalonia is made up by ACCIÓ, Barcelona Chamber of Commerce, and the General Catalan Council of Chambers.
