Off Course Studio contacted us regarding the Call HORIZON-CL5-2021-D1-01; specifically, they were working as partners in a proposal called MAIA to be submitted to the topic HORIZON-CL5-2021-D1-01-03 — Maximising the impact and synergy of European climate change.

Following our line of help, we had a virtual meeting with the Off Course studio to respond to their doubts and needs about the call and, particularly, about their work package in the project.

Also, our client received our personalized legal advisory service. The company participated in a collaborative project and wanted to make sure that once finished, they could exploit the results without disagreements with the rest of the consortia partners. We provided a legal assessment of one specific clause in the contract.

"ACCIÓ - Enterprise Europe Network reviewed our proposal and identified some very important points that made a significant contribution to making it a winner. We met with them, who had already reviewed both our proposal and the consortium, and we worked together with all the information and experience they brought to us."

Finally, in December 2021, they were informed that the proposal had been selected to prepare the Grant Agreement with the European Commission. The title of the project was: Maximising impact and accessibility of European climate research, with 12 partners and a duration of 36 months.

Our legal assessment of the company aimed to boost the company's potential growth and enhance its market results toward international expansion.
